SANDAG operates on a 9/80 work schedule. Our main office in downtown San Diego is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed every other Monday and federal holidays. View a calendar of office closures.
The SANDAG Board Room is located on the first floor. To attend in-person public meetings, visitors can access the Board Room through the building’s main lobby.
For customer service, visitors can check in at SANDAG’s reception desk located in suite 400, on the fourth floor.

Freeway Service Patrol
Dial 5-1-1 and say Roadside Assistance service is provided Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Service is unavailable on federal holidays.
