The Social Services Transportation Advisory Council (SSTAC) is an advisory group to the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG). SSTAC consists of 21 members representing social service agencies, individuals, transportation providers, and the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency.

The California Public Utilities Code requires SSTAC to hold at least one public meeting each year to solicit input on transportation needs from seniors, persons with disabilities, and persons with limited income or limited transportation resources. 

Members of the public are invited to provide comments at the following SSTAC meeting, which will be held at San Diego State University’s Student Ability Success Center.

The meeting location is accessible by public transit. Call 511 or visit 511sd.com for route information. There will be signage directing attendees to the meeting room starting at the San Diego State Transit Center.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, SSTAC will accommodate persons who require assistance in order to participate at this meeting.  If such assistance is required, please contact SANDAG at 619.699.1900 or 619.699.1904 (TTY) at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.

If a member of the public is not able to make it to the Public Hearing, they are encouraged to provide comments using an online form available online or by calling 619.699.1934 and leaving a message. All advance written public comments must be received by May 13, 2019 at 9 a.m. These comments will be provided to the SSTAC during the Public Hearing and documented along with all other comments received during the hearing.
